Personal Supplies 

Please label all items with your child’s name.

  • Backpack (standard size-needs to be able to fit folder, no wheels)
  • Change of clothes (t-shirt, pants, socks and underwear) in a Ziploc bag
  • Small blanket for rest time (child-sized)
  • 2 – Plastic 2 pocket folders
  • 2-3 Family pictures
  • Leak proof water bottle

To Share with the Class

Please do not label these items.

  • 2 boxes of tissues (only students with last names beginning A-M)
  • 1 roll of paper towels (only students with last names beginning N-Z)
  • 1 package of baby wipes (only students with first names beginning A-M)
  • 2 single jars of playdough (only students with first names beginning N-Z)

  • Small pack construction paper
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Extra prepackaged snacks {goldfish, teddy grahams, etc.)

Kindergarten

Personal Supplies

  • 1 hard, plastic pencil box (crayons, markers, glue sticks, highlighter, dry-erase marker will be stored in this box)** (label with student’s name)
  • Headphones in a plastic Ziploc bag (label with student’s name on headphones and bag)
  • Sneakers (for PE class and recess)
  • 5 durable, two-pocket folders (with bottom pockets): 1 blue, 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green, and 1 of student’s design choice (labeled ALL with student’s name)
  • 1 black and white, wide-ruled composition notebook (label with student’s name)
  • 1 spiral bound, unlined sketchbook (label with student’s name)
    **Please have the following supplies at home for homework: scissors, colored pencils, crayons, glue, and pencils

  • 3 folders (preferably heavy duty) – labeled:
    • TAKE HOME
    •  READING
    • SCIENCE/ SOCIAL STUDIES
  • 1 Spill proof water bottle
  • 1 Headphones -please open package, label with name, and put into a large Ziploc bag)

Fifth Grade

If you are purchasing a backpack for your child, please do not purchase a roller backpack. They do not fit in the lockers and our classroom does not have storage.

  • Math: 5 subject notebook (Please label MATH)
  • Social Studies and Science: 1 inch binder, 3 dividers, loose-leaf paper
    (Please label dividers: SOCIAL STUDIES, SCIENCE, MATH. Put loose leaf paper in the Science and Social Studies sections. Please label binder as SCIENCE/ SOCIAL STUDIES/ MATH.)
  • ELA: 1 1/2 inch Binder and 3 dividers (Please label dividers: Reading, Writing, and Vocabulary. You do not need loose leaf paper in this binder.)
