8. BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR APPROVAL
BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release for the Employee listed on Confidential Schedule “A”, and hereby authorizes the President of the Board of Education to execute the Settlement Agreement and Release.

I. Appointments
A. Long Term Substitute- Baylee West
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District appoint Baylee West to a long-term substitute teacher position commencing on or about November 1, 2021 through on or about January 30, 2022 at the per diem rate of $180.
B. Teacher Aide – Letisha Childs
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve Letisha Childs as a Teacher Aide for the 2021-2022 school year. Remuneration as per the approved salary schedule.
C. Teacher Aide – Antoinette Keller
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Menands Union Free School District approve Antoinette Keller as a Teacher Aide for the 2021-2022 School year. Remuneration as per the approved salary schedule. Pending fingerprint clearance.
*The Board may choose to re-enter the executive session.
